Mail Manager

This service is only available to current members of staff at the University of Gloucestershire.

To access the Mail Manager service you will need:

  • your staff email address (eg fbloggs@glos.ac.uk)
  • your email manager password

What is the Mail Manager service?

The Mail Manager service, hosted by Microsoft Office 365 EOP (Exchange Online Protection), provides a means of checking any email messages sent to you which have been classified as spam by the University email system and subsequently quarantined. These messages may then be released for delivery to your mailbox or deleted.
